Vault Eight Rewards Have Arrived
Saga’s Power Level Over 9000 campaign continues to gain momentum as Vault Eight rewards have officially been distributed. For $SAGA stakers, this milestone marks the conclusion of yet another cycle of rewards, with partner drops following closely on a rolling basis.
Snapshot and Reward Distribution Timeline
Vault Eight followed an increasingly streamlined cycle. The snapshot for this vault was taken on November 26th at block height 3,505,030, and the claim window opened shortly after on December 3rd, closing just a week later on December 10th. Rewards were then distributed on December 13th.
The shorter timelines between snapshots, claims, and distributions highlight a shift in Saga’s strategy. Stakers need to claim and restake quickly to avoid missing out on future snapshots as vault cycles speed up. Being proactive is key to staying eligible for upcoming rewards.
Loyalty Levels: Rewarding Consistency
The loyalty level system remains at the heart of Vault Eight’s reward distribution. By maintaining consistent staking across consecutive vaults, participants earned higher multipliers:
Loyalty Level 4: Stakers loyal for three consecutive vaults received an 8x multiplier across Vaults 5-8.
Loyalty Level 3: Two consecutive vaults resulted in a 4x multiplier across Vaults 6-8.
Loyalty Level 2: One consecutive vault earned a 2x multiplier for Vaults 7-8.
Loyalty Level 1: New stakers or those increasing their stake for Vault Eight received a 1x multiplier.
Loyalty Level 0: Wallets that did not stake for Vault Eight received no rewards but can regain their status using Saga’s Accident Forgiveness.
Accident Forgiveness allows participants who missed staking in a vault to rejoin the loyalty system by staking 100% of their previous airdrop. This option can be used once in the last four vaults, offering a fair opportunity to re-engage with the program.
Partner Drops and Ongoing Updates
Partner rewards tied to Vault Eight are rolling out on a rolling basis, with most already completed. Collaborations include unique token airdrops, NFTs, and in-game assets, offering additional incentives to active stakers. For participants still awaiting their partner rewards, updates will continue to be shared via Saga’s official channels.
